Wade P. Rothermel

Wade P. Rothermel, 46 of Harrisburg died Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at his home.
He was a .Net Web Developer for Computer Aid, Inc. He spent his adolescent years in the Hershey area and Bonaire. He attended the International School in Manila, Philippines and graduated from Lower Dauphin High School in 1986. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Penn State University. He enjoyed philosophy and all aspects of music and had one of his songs included on a Matrix Soundtrack.
He was born July 16, 1968 in the old Hershey hospital. He was preceded in death by his mother, Priscilla Hendricks Strawbridge
He is survived by his father, L. Philip Rothermel and his wife Shelly of Millville, recently of Lawn; two brothers, Dan and his wife Robin of Etters and Bill and his wife Sarah of Australia; a stepbrother, Scott Deibler and stepsister, Erin Deibler Stanley both of Hershey. He had the love and respect of every family member and will be greatly missed by family and his many worldwide friends!
A celebration of Wade's life will be held at a wooded creekside setting on FRIDAY, JULY 25, 2014 located at 111 Hagy Lane, Dauphin, Pa. 17018 at 11AM. A brief memorial will be followed by friends and family sharing classic Wade stories. Beverages and a light lunch will be provided. Casual picnic attire please.....shorts and sandals are appropriate. Please do not wear a suit.... he hated wearing them and wouldn't want you to have to wear one for him.
