Walter R. Wilt

Walter R. (Fuzz) Wilt, 78, of Mechanicsburg, formerly Lewisberry and Nelson, PA died Sunday, September 17, 2017 at Harrisburg Hospital.

He was a retired self-employed carpenter. An avid hunter, fisherman, and traveler, he was a member of Pinchot Park Lions Club, Goldsboro Fireman’s Club, and Generations Club.

He was born July 2, 1939 in Newberry Twp. to the late Milton and Marian (Koellner) Wilt. He was the widower of Etta M. (McCollam) Wilt.

He is survived by two sons, Ronald (Brenda) and Donald (Sandy) of Etters; a daughter, Lisa M. Whitley (Randy) of Mechanicsburg; a sister, Margie Hogue of Manchester; two brothers, Rich and William of York Haven; several nieces and nephews; three grandchildren, Randy, Amy, and Liz; three greatgrandchildren, Emilee, Abby, and Colt; and the new arrival, Reeve.

Viewing will be from 9:30 until funeral services at 11am Friday at Parthemore Funeral Home, New Cumberland. Burial will follow in Fetrow Cemetery, Newberry Twp.
