William P. Burke

William Burke, 65, of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, formerly of New Cumberland, died July 23, 2023, at Camp Hill, PA.

He was born July 1, 1958, in Harrisburg PA to the late William and Clare. He was preceded in death by Ann Harris Smith sister-in-law.

He is survived by spouse Ellen Harris Burke; sister Clarice Pack; brother-in-law David Harris; brother-in-law Brian Harris; brother-in-law Michael Smith; brother-in-law Fred Richenderfer; sister-in-law Nancy Harris; sister-in-law Sassy Smith; and many nieces and nephews.

He was a 1976 graduate of Trinity High School, Camp Hill, a 1981 graduate of Kings College, Wilkes-Barre. He was a member of St. Theresa's Catholic Church, and the West Shore Chamber of Commerce. He played on St. Theresa's Softball Team and was an avid golfer, a Trinity High School Basketball Team Fan and a Notre Dame Sports Fan.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM on Friday at St. Theresa Catholic Church, 1300 Bridge Street, New Cumberland, with the Rev. Jonathan P. Sawicki as Celebrant.

Visitation will be held 6 – 8 PM Thursday at Parthemore Funeral Home and Cremation Services, New Cumberland. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association. 4250 Crums Mill Road, Suite 100, Harrisburg, PA 17112.
