Stephen is a member of the Disaster Mortuary Operational Response Team and a volunteer for Highmark Caring Place. He is treasurer of Mid-Atlantic Forensic Identification Group, New Cumberland Olde Towne Foundation, and active in his church. He is a graduate of West Virginia University, and Catonsville Community College for Mortuary Science in Baltimore. He has three sons and one daughter.

Gibby is a third-generation funeral director. As supervisor, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the funeral home operation. Born and raised in New Cumberland, he is a graduate of Cedar Cliff High School. He earned dual degrees in Business Administration and Political Science at the University of Pittsburgh. After college, he pursued a degree in Mortuary Science, graduating from the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science.
Gibby serves on the New Cumberland Borough council. He is also an active member of the Harrisburg Young Professionals and the New Cumberland Business & Professional Group. In his spare time, Gibby likes to go on adventures with Tank, the funeral home’s Canine Comfort Giver.

Gib is a longtime supporter of the local community and is active with his church. His community service has included serving his church, coaching with NCYBA, serving as President of the West Shore School District’s Board of School Directors and as a Board member of the Red Land Senior Center, West Shore Recreation Commission and the West Shore Foundation. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Harrisburg, Knights of Columbus and several Masonic organizations. Along with his funeral director's license, he has earned an insurance license and a crematory operator’s certificate. He is a graduate of West Virginia University and Catonsville Community College. He and his wife Joanna have two sons, Gib and Chris.

Ashley previously served as a funeral director at several Pennsylvania funeral homes. She earned her B.A. in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. After college, she earned an Associate Applied Science degree in Mortuary Science at Worsham College of Mortuary Science, Wheeling IL. She holds a Pennsylvania insurance license and is an ordained minister.
Ashley was born and raised in the New Cumberland area and currently resides in Mechanicsburg with her husband, Joseph, and their two dogs and four cats. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and baking bread and desserts. She also enjoys reading and spending time with her family and friends.

Ashley Mann, Licensed Funeral Director, Joins Parthemore Funeral Home
As the Office Manager for Parthemore, Yvonne takes care of running/managing the office including all paperwork associated with arrangements, funerals, insurance, and veterans benefits. Originally from Butler County, PA, Yvonne is a long-time New Cumberland resident and graduate of Red Land High School. She is an active member of the American Legion Post 143 Ladies Auxiliary which works to support The American Legion and its programs for Veterans, children and the community and a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church.
She and her husband Mark have two sons, Dalton and Trevor and a Wheaten Terrier, Rudy. Yvonne enjoys being with her family and friends, taking photos and going to the beach and mountains.

Joanna has worked at Parthemore Funeral Home since 2005 as a part-time Administrative Assistant. Similar to the other staff members at Parthemore, Joanna is active in the local community. In the past she was an active member of the PTO and she is currently a member of the Soroptimist International of West Shore. This group is an international organization of business and professional women who work to improve the lives of women and girls in their own communities and throughout the world.
Joanna is a graduate of Millersville University and has a BS in Elementary Education. She is married to Gilbert J. Parthemore and they have two sons, Gib and Chris.

Amy is a part-time Administrative Assistant for Parthemore Funeral Home. She is a long-time resident of York County. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family and friends and going to the beach.
Bruce attended West Virginia University and the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science. He holds a Pennsylvania Insurance license in life, annuities, accident and health. Active in his church, Bruce is a member of the Kiwanis Club, the New Cumberland Olde Town Association, Caring Hearts Pet Therapy, Alliance of Therapy Dogs and is a 32nd Degree Mason. He is married, has two children and two grandchildren.
Tank is responsible for greeting everyone who visits the funeral home and providing comfort to one and all. When he’s not notifying the staff of approaching visitors and delivery people, he conducts security patrols of the premises. In his free time, he likes spending time riding in the car with Gibby and taking naps.
